My Dad is flatly refusing to cook me vegan food. But he acts insulted when I take my own food over to his house. Do you have any recipes for something simple and easy to make that meat-eaters are likely to enjoy too? Could really do with some suggestions :-S

The hardest part about being vegan, for me, is conversing with non-vegan people. In the past while, I've asked 3 people, "Oh, you're vegan?"
